Grow Together
Invite Us to Your School
At Brave Africa Foundation, we believe that every learner deserves the tools and support they need to thrive — emotionally, socially, and academically. That’s why we partner with schools across South Africa to bring impactful programs directly to your learners and educators.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We bring holistic, impactful programs to schools that focus on developing the whole learner, nurturing their mental health, leadership skills, and overall well-being while also supporting educators to create thriving learning environments.
Grade 8 Learners
Transition & Adjustment
Grade 8 learners are navigating the big step from primary to high school. Many struggle with feelings of belonging, bullying, and early exposure to peer pressure. Some may already encounter risky behaviors or signs of stress. We work with them to build confidence, resilience, and healthy social connections, helping them start high school on the right foot.
Grade 9 Learners
Identity, Decision-Making & Subject Choices
Grade 9 is a critical year for self-discovery and important academic decisions. Learners begin to shape their identity while selecting subjects that will influence their future pathways. At this stage, many face challenges like substance abuse, peer pressure, low self-esteem, and uncertainty about their choices. Our programs guide learners in making informed, positive decisions academically and personally, while discovering their unique strengths.
Grade 10 & 11 Learners
Leadership & Preparation
As learners move into the senior phase, academic pressure, career uncertainty, and social challenges increase. Many experience mental health struggles, exposure to substances, and complex relationships. We empower Grade 10 and 11 learners with leadership skills, career guidance, and tools to cope with stress, preparing them for their final school years and beyond.
Grade 12 Learners
Matriculant Support
Grade 12 learners face the intense pressures of exams, financial worries, and planning for life after school. Anxiety, depression, substance use, and feelings of hopelessness are common challenges. Our programs provide mental health support, stress management strategies, and guidance for future opportunities, helping learners finish school strong and step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
